My story
My story
Originally trained in hotel management in Adelaide, Australia, I returned to Bangkok in 2009 and began my career in hospitality. While life appeared structured from the outside, there was always a deeper search quietly unfolding within me.

My journey into healing began during the Nepal earthquake, a period that deeply affected me emotionally and spiritually. Struggling to understand what I was feeling at the time, I was introduced to Reiki and energy work. What began as curiosity soon opened the door to a completely different understanding of presence, energy, and inner awareness.

After completing Reiki Level 1, and before continuing on to Reiki Level 2, I attended my first gong meditation session — an experience that would profoundly change the direction of my life. From the very first sound, I felt deeply connected to the vibration of the gong and found myself constantly drawn back to its presence. What began as fascination slowly evolved into a deep devotion to sound and its ability to create stillness, awareness, and inner connection.

After a year of attending gong sessions and deepening my relationship with sound, I purchased my very first gong from the same teacher who first introduced me to its vibration — a moment that remains deeply meaningful to me today.

In 2018, I began dedicating myself more seriously to the practice and continued my studies with respected teachers. Alongside my sound healing practice, I am also a certified Reiki Master, Advanced Pranic Healer, and Crystal Healer.

" I do not believe healing needs to be forceful to be powerful. Silence itself is also part of the medicine."
PREE CHAWLA

Over the years, the gong has taught me to slow down, surrender to the unknown, and most importantly, to listen. My approach to sound healing is gentle, intentional, and deeply grounded in presence. In a world that already feels loud and overstimulated, I believe people need spaces where they can fully rest, quiet their thoughts, and reconnect with themselves. I do not believe healing needs to be forceful to be powerful. Silence itself is also part of the medicine.

Each session is approached with care, prayer, and intention. Through vibration, stillness, and intuitive listening, I aim to create a calming and welcoming environment where people from all walks of life can feel safe to simply receive and be present. During sessions, I use myself as a channel — connecting through prayer and higher guidance while allowing the sound to move naturally through the space.

The Practice Behind the Sound
The Practice Behind the Sound
All my trainings were completed under the guidance of teachers across multiple lineages—including Melanie at Lotus Wellness, Martha at Red Doors Hong Kong, Bear and Shion of B-Love Flumies in the United Kingdom, and Yogi Mehtab Benton in the United States. To date, I have facilitated over 100 individual and group sessions at my private studio in Bangkok. Alongside my private practice, I regularly offer sound to charitable and contemplative settings, including Sathira Dhammastan and Suan Mokkh Bangkok—spaces that reflect my belief that sound healing belongs to everyone. Currently, I continue to be an active student of the gong and energy healing. I am deeply committed to ongoing study to further develop and expand my practice.

Many people who attend my sessions often share that the experience feels different from other sound baths they have attended — not because of volume or intensity, but because of the vibration, presence, and energy they feel throughout the session. My intention is for each person to leave feeling deeply rested, recharged, and more connected to themselves.
